The pure product of Fumei sodium is flake like white crystal with slight ammonia taste, which is very soluble in water. The industrial intermediate is 15% aqueous solution, which is yellowish or grass green transparent liquid. It is harmful to human body when swallowed and can stimulate eyes when contacted. It is mainly used as bactericide, rubber accelerator, etc.
